Q: Why should I buy Cygolite?


A: For over 20 years Cygolite has been known for making quality lighting systems affordable for all riders. All Cygolite products are designed and assembled in California with our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, while being backed by a solid warranty. With our whole operation based in Southern California, we are able to manufacture, test service and supply spare parts for all our lights, quickly and easily.

Q: Where are Cygolite lighting systems sold?


A: Cygolite lighting systems can be found at your local retail bicycle store nearest you. Please refer to our store locator section of our website for all of our known dealers in your area. However, there are many dealers that we do not know about that carry Cygolite products so please call around to your local dealer to see if they have our products. If not, they should have no problem special ordering you one of our systems from their distributors.

Q: Can I purchase a Cygolite lighting systems directly from you?


A: No, we do not sell our complete lighting systems directly to consumers. The only things that can be purchased from us are spare parts such as batteries, chargers, mounts, etc.

Q: Where can I get spare parts when I need them?


A: For your convenience and immediate service, spare parts can be ordered from Cygolite direct, through the spare parts page of our website or by contacting Cygolite customer service by phone. If you would like to purchase a complete headlight system or safety light, you must do so through your local bicycle retail store. Access to spare parts is a service we offer to better serve our customers.

Q: Do you sell the headlight only?


A: In the event that you lose the headlight or damage it beyond repair, contact a Cygolite customer service to see if a replacement headlight is available for your unit.

Q: Can you send or order switches, internal components, etc.?


A: Any internal part such as switches or electrical components cannot be ordered or sent out for replacement. You would need to call customer service and arrange to send the light in for repair.
