A: CygoLite does not offer warranties to lights purchased through unauthorized auctions; for more details contact CygoLite customer service. Q: Do all CygoLite systems sold online, have the CygoLite warranty? A: CygoLite warranties light systems purchased through legitimate resellers and IBDs that sell online; for more details contact CygoLite customer service. Q: What do I need to have my light repaired under warranty? A: If the light needs to be repaired under warranty, send in the light and the original receipt to CygoLite. Q: When would my warranty not apply? A: Warranties are not applicable when the light is out of its warranty period, has been modified, has been damaged through normal use, has been damaged being used for something other than cycling, or is purchased from an unauthorized reseller. |
