WARRANTY

CygoLite warranties apply to items purchased through authorized resellers. CygoLite lighting systems purchased second hand, or through non-authorized resellers are not eligible for CygoLite’s warranty.

CygoLite lighting systems come with a 1 year limited warranty against any defective part or craftsmanship. The lamps and batteries are warranted 30-90 days after the original date of purchase (Dependent on the specific light system. For more details on the lamp and battery warranty, refer to your light system manual). If the unit is under warranty, CygoLite will repair or replace defective components at no charge provided the product has not been subject to misuse, abuse, or non-CygoLite authorized alteration, modification or repair. Warranted products requiring service must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from customer service.

REPAIR / WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

If any CygoLite system malfunctions, repairs can be completed by contacting CygoLite direct. To get you on the road faster warranty and repairs have a target turnaround time of 48 hours from the time received. All warranty items require the original receipt. Any repair items without a receipt will incur a repair cost varied by the required repair. All warranty and repair items must have a Return Authorization number attached to the repair. CygoLite does not issue call tags or reimburse for return shipping on warranty or repair items. To obtain an RA# contact customer service at (714) 437-7752.

For warranties or repairs complete the following:

1. Contact CygoLite customer service at (714) 437-7752 to obtain your return authorization number.

2. Pack the repair items in a package.

3. In the package include your name, daytime phone number, return address, and a short description of the problem.

4. On the out side of the package write your return authorization number.

5. If your light is under warranty (Refer to your the light manual for warranty information) Include a copy of receipt. Any repairs outside of the warranty period or without a receipt will incur a repair cost.
