Our entire product line features high brightness LEDs that increase light output while becoming more energy efficient, more durable, more compact, and longer lasting. Each year as LED technology advances, Cygolite upgrades existing lighting systems and develops new systems to offer riders the newest developments in lighting technology.
BATTERY
All our current lighting systems feature compact, high capacity lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries which have allowed us to extend run-times and streamline our designs. As with LED technology, Cygolite engineers integrate advances in battery technology as soon as they are made commercially available.
HARDWARE
With Cygolite's exclusive On-Site Programmable (OSP) technology, our engineers have given the cyclist on-the-go control over a range of programmable brightness levels for a truly unique riding experience. Patent pending.
CASING
Many of our systems boast a lightweight, aluminum alloy casing that has been designed with contours and grooves for optimal heat transfer away from the LED, preventing damage from overheating as well as durability while riding.
The combination of these technologies translates into dependable lighting systems that are truly “Engineered to Shine” year after year and over the roughest terrains.
