Most of what wears out on a bike light is replaceable on its own. Mounts, brackets, straps, chargers, and cables are available so a small part never sidelines a good light.

Note that some internal components, such as batteries, are not offered for individual purchase or self-installation. In those cases, the light may need to be sent in for service. Please reach out to support if you need assistance.

Is it a defect?

If the light itself failed, the warranty may cover it.

Electronics, switches, and housings that stop working without external damage fall under the limited 1 year warranty rather than a parts order.
