Warranty and Repair
Cygolite lighting systems are backed by a 1 year limited warranty against any defective part or craftsmanship. Batteries are under warranty for 6 months after the
original date of purchase (refer to your product manual for specific details). If the unit is under warranty, Cygolite will repair or replace defective components at no charge.
Warranty does not cover damage from accident, abuse, non-Cygolite authorized modification or normal wear and tear. Products under warranty requiring service must receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from customer service before repairs can be submitted. [Click here for details.]
Disclaimer: Cygolite products purchased through auction sites, secondhand resellers, or consumer-to-consumer resellers, or other non-authorized resellers are not eligible for Cygolite's warranty.
Warranties for such items must be handled by the reseller. Cygolite warranties apply only to items purchased through authorized resellers.
